Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that mistakes can happen or that you may change your mind after placing an order.

Cancellation Before Processing

All cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order has not yet been prepared or shipped.

Orders Already Prepared or Shipped

Once an order has been prepared or shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In this case, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy to determine whether your order is eligible for a return or refund.

Pre-Orders

Cancellation requests for pre-orders must also be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Any estimated availability dates provided are subject to change due to supply, fulfillment, or shipping delays.

Order Modifications

For any order modification or cancellation request, please contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.

Cancellation by BGGlams

In rare circumstances, BGGlams may need to cancel an order due to reasons such as inventory errors, product availability issues, or pricing errors. If this occurs, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method used for the purchase.
