Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your shipping address and the carrier selected at the time of purchase.

The indicated times are estimated and may be extended due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

• weather conditions;
• carrier delays;
• periods of high traffic;
• any other unforeseen event.

BG Glams cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or by circumstances beyond its control.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is offered for all orders of $100 CAD or more, before taxes and after applying discounts or promotions.

For orders under $100 CAD, shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and up-to-date shipping address.

BG Glams cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from an inaccurate or incomplete address.

Lost, Damaged Packages or Incorrect Orders

If your package is lost, damaged, or if you receive an item different from the one ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at the following address:

Please include:

• your order number;
• a description of the problem;
• photos of the package or the item concerned, where applicable.

We will review your request as soon as possible to offer you an appropriate solution.

Packages Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us due to:

• an incorrect or incomplete shipping address;
• an unclaimed package from the carrier;

reshipment fees may be required before the order is resent.
